Voice Texas
is a network of public, private
and non-profit organizations and individuals working together
to ensure that the health and human services needs of all
Texans are addressed in legislative, regulatory, funding and
other public policy initiatives.

Voice Texas supports
strong prevention and early intervention
programs, the
effort to maximize federal funding for health and human services
programs, and "Keeping Texas Dollars Working in Texas".
One
Voice Texas members stand
united that
their responsibility is to identify health and human service
needs and to recommend changes or improvements to public policy
and legislation. The strength of this community based
collaborative is its ability to bring together the advocacy
voices of hundreds of people in a multitude of organizations.
